This appointment will allow you and an Awaken to Wellness, Functional Wellness Institute team provider to meet and discuss your current health challenges. This consultation will include a review of your current health goals, your health challenges both past and present, a comprehensive health evaluation, and recommendations on next steps that can help you live well. We are dedicated to helping you find answers. If we are not the answer for you, there is a good chance we can help you find the right team for you.
