Are you ready to eat well? This 4 week coaching program takes place with your own health coach and meetings are held on zoom. You can begin to live well from the comfort of your own home. This program is designed to help you change your relationship with food, improve your lifestyle, and discover how food can help you heal well. Your health coach, Pam Jones, will help you every step of the way!
Meetings will occur once a week for 28 days. We will provide your meal plans, course guides, and support to help you live well and eat well.
Meeting dates/start time 5pm EST (zoom)
- Week 1 - Set in depth functional nutrition goals and begin the process of cleaning up your plate.
- Week 2 - Refine your cleanse process and learn about allergenic foods.
- Week 3- Dive deep into eating well and discover the many ways you can reach your lifestyle goals.
- Week 4 - Transition into healthy, sustainable habits to create your ideal lifestyle.
