7 Simple Self Care Practices

Sure booking a massage appointment or getting your nails done can be classified as self care, but what can you do EVERY day to care for your mind and body? Here are a few simple ideas to implement immediately for instant results!

Unplug for an hour: Switch everything to airplane mode and free yourself from the constant bings of social media and email.

Hot Towel: Place a towel under hot water, ring out the water and place on the back of your neck or any area of the body that needs a little TLC.
